Bespoke Statement Furniture
A stunning statement piece or collection can make a room. Choosing a fabric palette is really important. There are so many beautiful patterned fabrics available now, it can be really easy to go bit mad with the choice and become overwhelmed. I try to avoid this by walking everyone through the process, as well as giving my expert opinion on what I think will and wont work for you. It also really important to get the balance right so the over all effect is not too busy or not ‘statement’ enough. After all you space has to be somewhere that is lived in and is loved in.
I love being playful with colours and textures. This means I can create pieces the are all obviously part of the same space and belong together, while each piece is unique. This could mean you have a statement sofa with some cushions that are used to tie in your other furniture. Or a couple of arms chair and some cushions for the more neutral sofa. There are also footstools, curtains and anything else that uses fabric to be considered. In a dining room you could all the dining chairs the same but different, with a matching table cloth or runner. In general I advice to choose the fabric palette first and then build your interior around that. But it can also work the other way. If you have a room that is ready for a stand out piece we can choose fabrics that work with your current interior.
The possibilities are endless. Together we can design and build furniture that is both unique and uniquely you.
